MEC's Water Quality Services address the growing concern of surface water quality and the impacts of Point and Non-Point Source Pollution. Low Impact Development (LID) is a new, comprehensive land planning and engineering design approach with a goal of maintaining and enhancing the post-development hydrologic regime of urban and developing watersheds.
